At Cheese Cuisine, we ship cheese in wax cheese paper (where possible) to greatly increase its longevity and protection against damage. We also ensure that the cheese is despatched as late as possible to reduce the amount of time it is spent out of a refrigerator and with chill packs when needed. The most important thing to remember when shipping or packaging cheese is to keep it as cool as possible, in addition to being protected from exposure to air.
