How Should I Cut Each Type of Cheese?

Cutting each type of cheese is an art form. Cutting your cheese right will ensure the perfect taste in every bite. Of course, the size and shape of your cheese will dictate how it is cut, but you’ll also need to bear in mind the texture. If you’re cutting a creamy cheese like Brie, you want to ensure everyone gets a bit of the centre, rather than being left with the rind. When it comes to firmer cheeses like Cheddar or Stilton, you’ll want to ensure they’re equally divided and that you’re not left with an odd-shaped wedge which is impossible to cut evenly.
