What is White Cheese?

White cheese is a generic term for cheeses that are naturally white in colour. There’s usually no need to add colourings, because the milk used to make the cheese is already pure white. Cream cheese and feta are both examples of white cheese. The taste of white cheeses can vary, but they are typically known for being fairly mild and easy on the tongue.
